This private property is located in a very safe and secure area in Alhaurin, for your peace of mind however, there is an electric main gate, security windows, an alarm and a hidden safe. It is in a calm and relaxed area right next to the beautiful Lauro Golf course in Alhaurin de la Torre, just 20 mins Málaga Airport or the exquisite Mijas Pueblo, 25 mins from the beaches such as Torremolinos & Benalmádena and 40 mins to Marbella. You will have many other golf courses to choose from, the nearest being Alhaurin golf, Parador de Golf, Santana golf and Mijas-golf.

This great geographical location of the Costa-del-Sol in Andalucia means you can easily get to many places such as the historical centre of Malaga, the caves of Nerja, Mijas/Ronda and other typical villages, the popular Alhambra Palace in Granada, Seville cathedral, Cordoba mosque and other amazing tourist areas such as Jaen, Cadiz and it's even just 1.5hr to Gibraltar.
If you like nightlife, there are bars & restaurants nearby, or you can hit beaches for thousands more bars, restaurants, pubs, discotheques, etc...

    • Does the price include cleaning?     Yes, the final clean is included

    • What organic foods are in the orchard?     Passion fruit, grapefruit, pomegranate, figs, Kaki, custard apples, grapes, oranges, citrics, nuts & more.

    • Are taxi cabs expensive there?     Very reasonable compared to larger towns and there is a trusted taxi driver living nearby

    • Is it far to town?     Despite it is behind the golf course, you can get from the villa to Torre or Grande in a few minutes

    • Can we have visitors at the villa?     Yes of course, we only ask that the noise levels are reasonable

    • Any arrival/checkout time restrictions?     You will have keys & a remote to the main gates/alarm to come and go as you please

    • My husband is 6ft, is the bed long enough for him?     The bed is more than 200cm (that's 6.5ft)

    • We plan on eating at the villa, but are there takeaway/delivery places?     Loads! Indian, Chinese, Pizza, kebab, Italian, chicken, you name it...

    • Is there a laundry service nearby?     You have your own washing machine, dryer & iron, but yes there is a laundry service nearby

    • We are looking for a peaceful break, is it noisy there?     It's very quiet indeed, in fact most of the time there's complete silence
